Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Lynchburg with minors in International Relations and Museum Studies.

 

Hi, I’m Casey Nelson. I serve as Strategic Account Manager for some of our largest accounts ensuring we bring consistent quality to our clients. At ATR, I am passionate about fostering a familial atmosphere, and I strive to expand our reach into new areas, divisions, and with fresh clientele, all while nurturing our close-knit community.

 

ADVICE FOR CANDIDATES:

Be curious! Come prepared with questions for your interviewers – check their LinkedIns to get an understanding of their background, focus areas, or interests. Also, always, always write a thank you note!

 

ADVICE FOR HIRING MANAGERS:

Be engaging – you are not just interviewing, you are also selling the role to the candidates – many of whom end up with multiple options. Engagement means timeliness, conversation, and providing feedback post-interview.

 

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter at the park, reading, getting out in the woods, playing with animals, and thrifting!

 

FAVORITE PLACE:

My happy place is my grandparent’s farm in rural, south central Virginia – you can see the stars so clearly.
